Like most good ideas Slumper Seats was born from a treestand on a crisp autumn afternoon. After sitting on stand for hours developing a sore backside a doe stepped into our shooting lane and it was time to put the game plan together. Upon standing to draw our bow and make our shot the seat rubbed just right alerting the doe to our presence. She raised her tail, blew to alert every other deer of our presence, and took off. This being an issue that we knew was not unique to us we made it our mission to create a quiet, water-resistant, and durable hunting seat. 🎃🦌 Don’t throw away pumpkins after Halloween. Find woods or a field near you, smash them open, cut them up into smaller pieces, and leave for wildlife to eat. Pumpkin is safe for them, and the seeds act as a natural dewormer. 2.5 billion pumpkins are produced each year, and only 20% get reused. The rest end up in landfills. So recycle those pumpkins to wildlife and provide a food source for hungry animals. Win-win. 🎃🎃
