Shinsho Yoga

Shinsho Yoga Traditional Hatha yoga combined with elements of Zen Buddhism, offered by Tony Costa ~ E-RYT 200. Tony is trained in Hatha Yoga.

A peaceful, yet vigorous, vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on flowing through basic poses, maintaining them with proper alignment, moving with the breath and finding stillness in the postures. "Shinsho Yoga" is traditional Hatha yoga classes combined with elements of Zen Buddhism. Classes are open to everyone and all levels, from beginners to advanced. Private lessons available by appointment, please reach out to discuss rates and availability.

A reminder that the beach yoga potluck will be tomorrow after class! The weather is currently forecasted to cooperate, so that shouldn't be an issue. The Beach E lot is still closed though, so unless they open it up by tomorrow, we will do this at the pavilion at Beach D instead.
