Korebalance is available at the Campbell County Senior & Wellness Center and is worth checking out if you want to improve your balance or simply feel more confident on your feet.

The system uses interactive exercises that work on balance, coordination, reaction time and motor control. It can also help participants build confidence while moving and improve their ability to recover from a loss of balance.

Korebalance may also benefit people recovering from orthopedic surgery or stroke, as well as those managing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy or mild cognitive impairment.

Tickets are now on sale for the 𝟱𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀' 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰.

Campbell County residents age 60 and older are invited to Pendery Park on 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁. 𝟮𝟯 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟭 𝗮.𝗺. – 𝟯 𝗽.𝗺., for a day of food, games, music and fellowship. This year's theme is "𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱, 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲," so wear your favorite patriotic attire and join the celebration.

The picnic will feature live music, bingo, chair volleyball, corn hole, a photo booth, door prizes and a boxed chicken lunch.
