Heads up, Herndon! The Herndon Community Center will be partially closed October 3 & 4 for our annual Harvest Moon swim meet. 🏊

The pool, gymnasium, locker rooms and all community rooms will be closed, but the fitness areas will remain available for your workout!

Parking will be extremely limited, so please plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience!

The bottle has spoken! (Actually it was a little off angle.)

But Herndon Parks & Rec is hosting its annual kids' costume exchange! It's a more sustainable, affordable method for celebrating the spooky holiday with growing kiddos!

👻 Mark your calendar for the exchange (2 dates):
- Friday, Oct 9th from 3-6PM
- Saturday, Oct 10th from 9AM-12PM
**Note: two costumes per family.

🎃 Costume Donation Drop off:
- Ongoing till Oct 8th at 12PM
- Please bag each costume individually
- Please feel free to donate as many as you wish!

🤿 Aqua Bingo is one month away!

Join us on Saturday, October 17 for this classic game with a pool-friendly twist! Swimmers gather diving toys with marked numbers. We'll draw numbers till someone gets bingo!

🐟 Registration Details:
$7 per child + parent
Registration fee includes a pack of 5 bingo cards and markers
Children ages 6 and under must be with an adult in the water
