If you come on your own, no worries! During your introductory lesson, you’ll dance with your instructor as they introduce you to the basics — from body mechanics and finding the rhythm to moving with the music and learning a few steps to get you started.

Paired with your instructor, they'll introduce you to some basic moves, and get you moving to music. Have a dance style or two you’ve always wanted to try? Let us know! Your instructor can introduce you to the basic mechanics and give you a feel for what it’s like.
