The goal is to have functional exercise stations aiming at performance conditioning that combines running, rowing, skiing, loaded carries, sled work, functional strength and high intensity endurance into structured workouts designed to build strength, stamina and work capacity. These workouts can cater to any fitness level.

We will also offer open training times to get in regular workouts as well, and private one on ones with our trainers.

Watching these ladies build confidence, learn self-defense, and support one another is exactly why we do this. Every class we’re getting stronger and growing together. 🔥
