Sunday was one of those Trap Yoga classes that reminded me EXACTLY why I love doing this. 🥹🖤
The energy was just different. People came in as strangers and left hugging, exchanging Instagrams, making new friends… like 🥹 THIS is what it’s about.
And that playlist?! 🔥 Definitely one of my favorites I’ve ever put together. The music, the movement, the laughs, the energy in the room… everything just HIT.
Easily one of my favorite Trap + R&B Yoga classes we’ve had. I’m still thinking about it. 🥹
Chicago, we’re back this Sunday, August 30th, but this time we’re turning it UP with sculpt!
