Why is dance so beneficial for my kids?

Putting your kids in dance class helps build strong physical health. Dance improves strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.

But those are just the physical benefits. Dance also helps build confidence and self esteem.
Mastering new steps gives children a strong sense of accomplishment. Recitals and group performances help shy children break out of their shells. This growing confidence often translates to better participation and focus in school.
