DAY 15 OF THE HARP TAKEOVER ❤️

Some of the most important people to ever walk through HARP’s doors aren’t here anymore.

Not because they stopped mattering—but because they grew up.

Over the years, we’ve watched kids become college students. We’ve celebrated young people who went on to become professionals. We’ve cheered from the sidelines as some pursued their dreams and became professional athletes.

And we’ve also opened our doors to children who were carrying things no kid should have to carry—kids from foster homes, families experiencing homelessness, and young people who simply needed somewhere safe to belong.

We may have been a chapter in their childhood, but they became part of HARP’s story forever.

That’s the part of this organization that can’t be measured by attendance numbers.

It’s the confidence they found.
The friendships they made.
The adults who believed in them.
The memories they carried with them.
And the possibilities they began to see for themselves.

We don’t just want to give kids something to do. We want to help give them a future they can believe in.

And when we look back at the kids who have come through these doors and see where they are today, we know we’re doing something that matters. ❤️

Tomorrow from 11-1 we will be hosting our monthly food distribution. We will have enough pre-filled boxes for the first 75 families, and we serve on a first-come, first-served basis.
