Hayward athlete get opportunity to represent community on one of biggest youth sports stages This June, Gigi will represent Hayward Little League as one of just 100 kids in the country selected to play in a special tournament in Williamsport, the home of the Little League World Series, designed to grow the game for girls.

Congratulations to Giselle "GiGi" Guadalupe of Treeview Little League for being selected out of 200 girls and 30 states to represent CA District 45 and Treeview Little League at the 2026 Maria Pepe Little League Baseball Legacy Series games in Williamsport, PA next month!

Matt Payne has been selected to umpire the West Region Junior League Baseball Tournament in Bend, Oregon in July 2026. Being selected to umpire at the Region level requires hard work and great dedication. It's quite an honor to be selected, you must be considered one of the best umpires in the West Region and the U.S. to get
selected. You earned this distinction Matt, You made D45 Proud Congratulations!
