Breathe Feel Heal: The Moment Before Reaction is a free experiential workshop that introduces simple yet powerful practices for cultivating awareness, emotional resilience, and embodied well-being. Through breathwork, gentle qigong movement, and guided reflection, participants will explore how awareness of the body can help create more choice in how we respond to stress, emotions, and life’s challenges. No prior experience is necessary, and all bodies and experience levels are welcome. This workshop also serves as an introduction to the Breathe Feel Heal community and upcoming six-week cohort launching later this summer.
