I asked him what he wanted for his birthday, and he says, “Coach, can we have Open Runs? Please!” 😂 This is AFTER a 3+ hour camp! Kid still wanted more basketball. REAL HOOPER! 🔥

🚨 SAVE THIS SIMPLE DRILL AND ADD IT TO YOUR NEXT WORKOUT! 🏀

Having elite handles isn’t just about how many moves you can do.

It’s about being able to CHANGE PACE, CHANGE SPEED, CHANGE LEVELS and ATTACK! 💨

Too many players dribble at the same speed and same height every possession. Good defenders will sit on that all day.

Work on going:

🐢 SLOW → FAST 💨
⬆️ HIGH → LOW ⬇️
😌 RELAXED → EXPLOSIVE 💥

Stay balanced. Keep control of the basketball. Change of pace — then DROP YOUR ATTACK LEVEL and explode past the defender.

That’s how you start making your handle actually translate to the game.
