A quick peek into Day Two at Xtreme!
The classes were packed and filled with Xcitement! From first-time solos beginning to recreational dancers of all ages starting the year with smiles and happiness, the energy was everywhere.

And yes… Mr. Mike is back inspiring the next generation! I think we may be looking at a future competition team in the making.

Melissa is a classically certified Pilates instructor with over 25 years of experience. Her training and knowledge have helped dancers, figure skaters, gymnasts and athletes improve strength, flexibility, control and overall performance.
