Discipline, humility, and desire to achieve will be acquired in this fun multi-level class. Our instructors are certified, caring individuals who will work to teach you the fundamentals. This program has been a part of Parks & Recreation since 1982. The class features instruction in traditional Shotokan Karate in a re-laxed, non-threatening setting.
