Twenty five years ago today, a whole lot of ordinary people found out what they were made of on a Tuesday morning with no warning.

Nobody got to prepare that day. They only got to use what they had already built.

That is why we train. Not for a photo. For the day somebody needs you to be strong and there is no time left to go get strong.

"Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13

Tomorrow morning at 8am is Reps and Revival.

Completely Free, open to everyone, no experience needed. We train, we worship, and we remember the ones who ran toward it.

Everyone is welcome to join. It doesn’t matter if you haven't worked out in years, ever, or you're a seasoned athlete, we have something for everyone.

We will have local vendors on site.
