GentleBrook's indoor facility, can be the answer to all of your sports training needs.The Sports Training Center at GentleBrook strives to serve the recreational, fitness, wellness and athletic needs of area developmentally disabled clients and residents, community area residents, as well as clubs and organizations that rent space in the facility. This is FOWLING - football combined with bowling!

Teams take turn tossing to knock down all the pins. A middle pin shot that only knocks the 5 pin is an automatic win!

Catch a bounce off a throw - add one in back to the board.

Each team has a rebuttal and sudden death if successful!

The Rivertree Youth group had their first meeting tonight and helped try it out while hanging out in the REC center!

Our COURT space is nearly full as Basketball season quickly approaches. We still have some early and late evening slots available as well as weekend times.

Book by whole or half. Seasonal team discounts as well as Non-Profit / School / Church / Youth Group discounts.

All seasonal teams receive a free end of year party in the REC center.

Includes use of fitness equipment and training aids. Basketballs, Pads, Poles, Cones, Poly spots, and other items available to use.

Other sports are welcome! Volleyball, Futsol, Floor Hockey, We can work with a variety of groups.
