Interest Survey link in comments has DETAILED information including estimated cost. We can’t wait to hopefully make this happen for you! Wild Amaryllis will lead us through a weekend long craft and I’ll have small group fitness classes and optional 1:1 sessions throughout the weekend that include a take home resource plans many other fun things (and FOOD!) planned!

Told a friend this felt like a “how did I get here number for the first time,” but it also feels like I’m just settling in to who I am!
I know motherhood has changed me the last year and a half. Life, particularly in the last six years, has changed me. But 36 feels less like “I should have it all figured out by now” and more like “ohhh… I’m just getting started!”
So here’s to….still winging it. still doing too much. still feeling like a kid posing as an adult most days. and still having a good time figuring it all out!

we’re extending summer a little bit! back to back weekends of line dancing and partner swing at two of our favorite local spots!
We start at Sheryl’s Club with partner dancing followed by open line dancing with a DJ! As a reminder: Derek and I are not professionally trained dancers 😂
BUT—we can teach you how to swing, twirl, and have a whole lot of fun on the dance floor! 💃🕺
No experience required. Just bring your best moves (a drink at the bar helps!), a willingness to laugh at yourself, and we’ll take it from there. 😉
Then we are back on Brewed Omen’s patio for another round of beginner lessons followed by open dance with yours truly!

don’t just take my word for it. I did some research for you! sign up for barre strength starting first week in October at both the Hartford Rec and Snap Fitness. Your bones will thank you ☺️

it’s an off week at the rec so let’s try out barre strength tomorrow night instead of High! sign a day waiver at front desk!

simultaneously the instructor, cleaner, marketer, DJ, event planner, and person who forgot to charge the speaker and/or forgot her own tennis shoes 🤦🏼‍♀️

How are you measuring your progress? Hopefully it’s more than the number on a scale or a jean size. When I catch myself focusing on those things, especially having a now 17 month old, I remind myself of these things and snap myself right back to reality. These things should always matter more and sometimes I forget how much stronger and more capable my body is now than it was even a year ago. what else would you add to this list??
