A combination of Latin and world music, you don't need to be a dancer or even an aerobics pro. Just come ready to try something new and have a good time. Class location and class type vary by time of year. Lynne Scott is a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor and a member of ZIN (Zumba Instructors Network) since 2011.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9, is our first Seated Stretch and Tone at the Ada Public Library at 5:15 p.m. I've completed two weeks of PT and am happy to report it seems to be helping! Hope to see as many of you as possible! Saturday the same class will be at 10:45 a.m.

September is going to be a bit different! Beginning Wednesday, September 9 at 5:15 p.m. at the Ada Public Library, I'll be offering "Chair Stretch and Tone". It's not going to be as rigorous as Chair Zumba, but it will be some effective stretching, core, balance and light weights. This format will be offered Saturdays, September 12 and 26 at 10:45 a.m. as well.

I started Physical Therapy Monday and hopefully I'll be back to Zumba for October! Thanks for all your support and encouragement!

Wow! What a great turn out for our classes yesterday! Thanks to each and every one of you for showing up and being patient with my very modified teaching style!

The good news - I'm still walking comfortably despite some pain! Hopefully by mid week I can let you know when our next pop up classes will be.

What started as a whim has become so much more. I've met so many fantastic people - no stinkers! Seriously! I read a lot of "drama" in classes and (so far) there's been very little of that. Thanks to each of you who have come to class for years and years or have been a part of my Zumba career for a season.
