Our FIRST EVER Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Class is officially in the books!!! 😃

There is something so special about creating a space for women to learn, challenge themselves, build confidence, and support one another on the mats.

Everyone did so great and today was only the beginning. We cannot wait to watch this group grow, learn, laugh, and get stronger together 💪🤍🩷

Effective this week, this is our new class schedule. Note that we've shifted a few class times and added in 2 NEW PROGRAMS!

⚡ Striking for MMA has been added to Mondays & Wednesdays
🎀 Women's Only Jiu Jitsu has been added to Saturdays
🥋 Kids jiu jitsu is still on Tuesdays & Thursdays
🦾 And of course, adult jiu jitsu is running 6 days a week, AM & PM!

There's truly not been a better time to join! Our programs continue to grow and expand. We're excited to continue moving forward and up! 🚀
