Shenandoah 100 is a major test of fitness, skill, and perseverance.

Though I’m not as fast as I used to be, it’s still a really special opportunity to go out and hammer at the front with the pros. 💥

There are crashes, mud, mechanical issues, and all kinds of chaos—but that’s part of what makes rolling the dice so much fun. 🎲

Feeling fortunate to finish 4th. 🙏

Here we go again tomorrow is the Shannadoah 100!

For so many years it has been a fall highlight. My first time was trying to survive. Some years it’s to flex after a full season of racing and far off lands.
Sometimes was a come back from injury, this year it has been a reason to do trail work and spend more time in the mountains. I had a solid build back in training so hope I can ride near the front for another year!

Making it stick! Stoked for my athletes on the trail and the road this week; a lot of racing going on and they are all locking in! 🔒🔥. Ryan Stava 40 plus state title, Cameron Cogburn Emma Langley Rowan Hirtriter smashing strong races. In the XCM And a few on deck for the next couple days XC and short track Nationals! 🇺🇸. is not about watts it’s about the art of delivering on race day!
