The evening trip was more of the same. Got out with Mo and the nice ones were still eating. I even threw a line in every once in a while and Mo got a pic or 2. Gotta keep an eye on that guy.

Yesterday morning started out like Saturday morning. The bite was on and Sarah’s first 2 fish were a 17 and an 18. It stayed that way for about 2 hours then the grass got real bad. Sarah and Emmitt did well but eventually the grass was overwhelming. Still a good morning.

Had Shawn and Ryan out this morning and they put a hurting on them. Good numbers and quite a few big fish. Both catching a 19 incher. Most fish caught on a HH Customs Kooshball micro spin.

Got to spend the morning fishing with my brother yesterday. Nice morning!

Today Ken and Mike came back to fish with me again. The bite was a little slower than yesterday and we had lots of little guys but still a nice day on the water.

Had Dylan and Megan out for a few hours last night. The bite was steady and we caught fish on a bunch of different baits. Swim baits, Ned’s and HH Customs Kooshball micro blade.

Well I finally upgraded my boat. While the G3 treated me well, it was getting a little cramped. The people that have fished with me recently seem to like it. I do as well. The River Raptor Vortex 2066 is very stable, gets on plane quickly and has plenty of room. Thanks River Raptor for building an amazing boat.

Recently had Bill and Elizabeth out fishing. They were beginners but did very well. These trips I get to spend time with good people are what makes it worth while.
