📣 LABOR DAY WEEKEND UPDATE + TRAINING IS BACK!

Pat’s checking in with two important updates from 717 Armory!

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY WEEKEND HOURS

We’ll be CLOSED Saturday, Sunday & Monday as our team takes some time to enjoy Labor Day weekend with family and friends.

We’ll be BACK OPEN TUESDAY with normal business hours and ready to see everyone! If you’ve been waiting to stop in, pick something up, check out what’s new, or talk with the team, Tuesday we’re back at it.

🎯 717 ARMORY TRAINING IS RETURNING

This is the announcement we’re especially excited about.

Training has always been a huge part of what 717 Armory stands for. We don’t just want people participating in the shooting sports — we want them to have the knowledge, confidence, discipline and fundamentals to continually improve.

Starting next week, we’ll be hosting courses Tuesdays and Thursdays at a local outdoor training facility, with instruction designed for multiple experience levels.

Our upcoming curriculum will include:

• Beginner Pistol
• Advanced Pistol
• Beginner Carbine
• Advanced Carbine
• Long-Range Precision

Whether you’re brand new and want to build a solid foundation or you’re an experienced shooter looking to refine your skills, our goal is to provide structured, professional education in a controlled training environment.

This is about learning. This is about developing good habits. This is about becoming more knowledgeable and capable every time you train.

We’re looking to add a Part-Time Sales Associate to the 717 Armory team!

This position will primarily cover Saturday shifts and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and already has a solid foundation in the shooting sports industry.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of firearm safety
• Basic working knowledge of fi****ms and related products
• Friendly, professional customer service skills
• Dependable and comfortable working Saturdays
• Willingness to learn and represent the 717 Armory brand the right way

This is a sales associate position, so applicants should be comfortable talking with customers, answering basic questions, and helping create the level of experience people have come to expect when they walk through our doors.

Beginning this August, 717 Armory is bringing training back in a big way.

Whether you’re looking to stretch your skills at 1,000 yards with our Long Range Precision Rifle program or sharpen your fundamentals through our Pistol and AR Carbine classes at a local outdoor facility, we’ve built this training pipeline for everyone who wants to keep learning and improving.

We’re also excited to welcome back one of our outstanding instructors from across the road. We’ll introduce him later this week and share why we’re so excited to have him back on the team.

At 717 Armory, we’ve always believed that owning quality equipment is only part of the journey. Confidence comes from education, consistency, and time spent developing your skills.
