🔴 Kids Classes (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
Tuesday: Ages 5–9
Wednesday: Ages 10–15
(Note: Size & maturity are always factored into placement!)

⚫ Adult Classes (Ages 16+)
Monday – Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
(Covering Striking, Locking, Throwing, Weapons & Traditional Motobu-ha Sh*to-Ryu Karate)
