Adult Mobility Classes coming soon to Gloveside!

Something I’ve always been so interested in is the bodies ability to be flexible and mobile. I’ve often thought of being able to stay active no matter what age I’m at. Being able to let my little niece and nephew climb on my back while I crawl on the floor. Being able to touch my toes and perform other elementary movements such as bear crawls, crab walks, marches, and sitting criss cross “apple sauce” 😅

All of our bodies are capable of all this and much more, and I wanted to provide a space where people can come to UNLOCK those abilities again or at least progress in those movements and other flexibility movements to feel more mobile and free.

But thank you to all that have been coming out to train infield skills! I can’t believe it’s already been 6 months in this facility! God is Good!

Summer times are going to consist of private sessions and groups.

Private sessions:
Monday-Friday
10-11am
11:30am-12:30

Group Sessions:
Monday- Friday
5:30-6:30pm
7-8pm
