11 YEARS OF RISING STARS 3LITE Rising Stars 3lite All-Stars Cheer, Dance and Tumbling

Before anything else, we give ALL GLORY TO GOD.

11 years ago, three people stepped out on faith and built something that became so much bigger than a business:

Nikisha Grinstead — Veteran
Keshone Roberts — Veteran
Dr. Keshawn Roberts — Vision

Three owners. One vision. One purpose.

And what a journey it has been.

We’ve celebrated victories, experienced heartbreaking losses, said goodbye to people who helped shape our story, and walked through seasons that forced us to rebuild, regroup, and rebrand.

There were moments we didn’t know what was next. Moments when walking away would’ve been easier.

But GOD.

He kept us.

He strengthened us.

He reminded us why we started.

Today, Rising Stars 3Lite isn’t just a cheer and dance organization. It’s a legacy built through faith, resilience, sacrifice, love, and purpose.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us, believed in us, coached with us, competed with us, and helped shape our journey THANK YOU.💜🩵💛

And to those we’ve lost along the way… you are still a part of this story. Your impact lives on in every athlete, every memory, and every chapter still being written.

Sometimes you have to stop moving long enough to look back and realize…

GOD REALLY DID THAT.

Three owners.
Three different personalities.
One vision.

RISING STARS 3LITE💜🩵💛

And 11 years later, I can honestly say…

This business was never just a business.

There were moments when the easiest thing would have been to say…

We're done.

But somehow, every time life knocked us down…

God gave us enough strength to get back up.

11 years wasn't always pretty.

But it was purposeful.

It wasn't always easy.

But it was worth it.

It wasn't always perfect.

But it was ours.

And somehow, after everything we've walked through…

WE'RE STILL RISING.

Not because we were always strong enough.

But because GOD WAS.
