As Fall begins to show its colors, we wanted to take a moment to look back and celebrate the stunning beauty of Birchwood’s landscape before the cold weather sets in! 🍁🌸

It really felt like the flowers were more vibrant and showy than ever this year. A huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to all the members who turned out for B.U.G. day to plant the flowers as well as Kathy and her incredible team for all the hard work, care, and effort they put into keeping Birchwood’s beauty front and center all season long! 👏💐✨

Looking back at the Taste of Harbor Springs! Wow, what a weekend! Huge thanks to everyone who came out to the Taste of Harbor Springs. It was awesome to see so many incredible local area restaurants show up and serve the community together.
The Birchwood Farms crew had a blast being a part of it. Huge shoutout to our Membership/Marketing Committee team for bringing the energy, and our Chef for this event, Luke for absolutely crushing it behind the grill!
Our Wagyu Sliders were a massive hit! Luke leveled them up with:
• Melted blue cheese 🧀
• Onion bacon bit jam 🥓🧅
• Garlic aioli sauce 🧄
• Fresh arugula 🥬
The best part? The event helps fund the Mary Ellen Huges Culinary Scholarship, so all the tasting and fun went toward a great cause.
Thanks again to the Harbor Springs Area Chamber for hosting such a fun tradition, and to all of you who stopped by our booth to chat and hang out, eat and talk about sliders as well as new home building in Birchwood! See you next year! 👋
