Tumbling clinics on Sunday! 🤸🏿‍♀️ Ryan Mitchell brings years of experience to the floor, and there is still limited space! Each clinic is 90 minutes with these start times:

Level 1- 9:00 am
Level 2- 10:45 am
Level 3- 1:00 pm
Level 4- 2:45 pm

Four hours packed with gymnastics, games, crafts, themed activities, Open Gym fun, and a picnic lunch with new friends?! What could be better than that?! 🥪🎨🤸

Our Preschool Camp is designed especially for your littlest adventurers, giving them a chance to play, explore, make friends, burn some energy, and experience camp just like the big kids!

Last week, we put our staff to work for a special Dynamix Development Day! 💪 Our coaches spent time listening & learning, with a very special guest. Olympic Choreographer, gymnastics coach and judge, and renowned consultant, Nicole Langevin made a visit to Delaware Dynamix to share some incredible coaching tips, techniques, and knowledge with us!

But she didn't stop there! Bright and early the very next morning, Nicole was back in the gym for a FULL DAY of clinics, working hands-on with both our Competitive Gymnastics Team AND our Recreational athletes! ⭐🤸‍♀️

Nicole, THANK YOU for sharing your time, knowledge, experience, and passion with our athletes and coaches. We are so appreciative of everything you brought into our gym, and we are already putting it to work! 💙

Also, I would like to give a huge shoutout to our Dynamix coaching staff for continuing to learn, grow, ask questions, and invest in becoming better coaches for our athletes. 👏
