The countdown officially begins! Rehearsals for South Shore Dance Ensemble’s The Nutcracker Ballet begin this week, and we couldn’t be more excited!

We can’t wait to share the magic, music, and beautiful dancing with you.

We kicked off our new season today and had such a great time! It was so good to see all of our returning dancers and we loved welcoming so many new faces and families to SSDE.

We’re already looking forward to the rest of the week - it’s going to be a good one!

Mini Movers starts on Tuesday and we'd love to have you join us!

Mini Movers is a playful introduction to dance, movement, music, and tumbling for children ages 18 months-3 years. Children explore through age-appropriate activities, songs, and simple tumbling skills, all alongside a parent or caregiver. It’s the perfect first step into the world of dance!

Our first session runs on Tuesday mornings at 9:30-10:15, from September 15 through October 20.

Mini Movers starts next week! Register now through the Office of Family and Community Engagement!

Join FACE and the South Shore Dance Ensemble for Mini Movers, a perfect introduction to movement, music, dance and more for toddlers 1.5 – 3 years of age. This class is designed for adult & child participation.

➡ Session 1 begins on Tuesday, September 15th
➡ Session 2 registration opens on Monday, October 5th
