What an incredible turnout! Thank you to every woman who showed up, worked hard, and brought the energy. The strength, encouragement, and community in that room were unmatched.

Today was our first day back after a week of rest... and yes, I actually rested.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is pause long enough to recharge. Rest isn't falling behind..it's part of moving forward.
This morning, I hit 4 miles at Fort Monroe, and it felt so good to be back. Every step reminded me that consistency isn't about never taking a break. It's about always finding your way back.
If you've been waiting for the "perfect" time to start again, this is your sign. Your body doesn't need perfection. It just needs your next step.
