You are warmly invited to join us for Healing Beyond Survival: A Conversation on Generational Trauma, taking place on August 23, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 PM, in recognition of African American Landing Day.
This meaningful community experience will bring together clinical, spiritual, and community perspectives to explore the impact of generational trauma within African American families and communities. Together, we will examine what it means to move beyond survival, break generational cycles, strengthen emotional wellness, and create healthier pathways for future generations.
The afternoon will also incorporate healing arts, music, reflection, and audience engagement, creating an atmosphere centered on restoration, understanding, and collective healing.
We would be honored to have you join us for this important conversation as we reflect on our history, acknowledge what has been carried across generations, and explore how healing can become part of the legacy we leave behind.
