🚨 BODYPUMP MONDAYS START TOMORROW AT 5:30 PM! 🚨

If you’ve been thinking about trying BODYPUMP, tomorrow is the perfect night to start.

We’re officially adding Monday BODYPUMP at 5:30 PM to the schedule, led by Lorrie.

No experience needed. You do not have to be “in shape” before coming. Just show up, choose a weight that works for you, and go at your own pace.
