We have always strived to be welcoming, inclusive, and to cultivate an environment so comfortable to learn in that our students feel like they're a part of the family. We had a student recently make this video for us, and we were touched when we saw the result.

Two new promotions this week in the kids kickboxing class! Congrats to Emma on working hard on getting her blue belt and Summer who remembered her techniques very well to get her green belt! Proud of these two ladies! They both did an amazing job!

Didn’t go our way but we all did well. Just needed to have more confidence in ourselves. Any of the fights could have went the other way. We took hard fights, everyone we fought the person either had more fight experience, had a winning record, or had just been training longer, we take these tough defeats in amateur to learn and get better, if every fight was easy and we hand picked guys, we wouldn’t learn. Stepping out there and fighting is tough and everyone didn’t give up when it got tough and pushed through. We have a great team of support as well. Not disappointed at all. Proud of you guys !

You've been thinking about trying jiu jitsu, but you think you aren't ready yet. Let me try and convince you. Jiu jitsu is a sport that welcomes and encourages bodies of all shapes and sizes, and the only way to be in shape to do jiu jitsu, is to come in and start jiu jitsu!
