If you’re looking for competitive teams that will get you college exposure while still helping you develop your baseball skills as well as your athletic ability, you’ve found the organization for you.

Train at a state of the art facility that gives you access to all of the tools needed to get your metrics, as well as the coaching and programming to improve them.

EAT Empire 9u & 10u both looking for a player or two to fill out their rosters for this fall season.

We’re based out of Elite Athletic Training in Hammonton, NJ.

Teams will practice twice per week and play local games and a couple local tournaments as well.

Our main focus for this age is to develop them to give them the best chance to succeed

Join our 6-Week Summer Softball Development Lab and help your athlete build the skills and confidence needed to take her game to the next level.

This isn’t just another camp—it’s a structured development program combining hitting and defensive training into one high-energy weekly session.

Each session is built around high-quality reps, small-group instruction, and game-ready skill development.

EAT Athlete Tommy Hroncich had the honor of speaking at his 8th grade graduation for Hammonton Middle School. Tommy was ranked at the top of his class and delivered a great speech which was highlighted by by a nice baseball reference near the end. Great job Tommy

The Woo Sox came to town and we made the trip out to see our guy Johnny. Always great seeing you and was great seeing your hitters do their thing. See you soon

Shoutout to Frank Restuccion who was awarded the MVP of Cedar Creek JV team as a freshman! Frank has been a leader on his EAT Empire team and has worked very hard to make this happen at the high school level. We’re excited to see what the rest of his high school career brings!
