*Friendly Reminder About Our Youth Program Hours*

We love having our young athletes in the gym, and we want to make sure every one of them trains in a safe, well-supervised environment. With that in mind, here's a quick refresher on our Youth Policy.

Youth Class Times
• Monday & Wednesday - 4:15 PM and 5:30 PM
• Friday - 4:30 PM

These are the only hours youth members should be in the gym. Our coaches are on the floor monitoring during these classes, and that supervision is what keeps everyone safe.

Outside of Class Hours:
For safety and insurance reasons, members under 13 cannot be on the equipment or the gym floor outside of scheduled youth class times. We simply aren't able to provide the supervision those hours require.

After Class:
Once class wraps up, youth members are welcome to wait in the Youth room until they're picked up.

Thank you for helping us keep the gym a safe place for your kids to grow, train, and have fun. If you have questions about the schedule or your child's class, just grab a coach , we're happy to help.
