Happy Labor Day 22 Crew!
I hope everyone's been having a great weekend.
Just as a reminder there will be no class tonight for Labor Day. Class will resume on Wednesday and it looks like we'll have the numbers so it's definitely on! Yayyyy. Tell a friend and join the party!

I am deeply grateful for my 22 CREW Dance Fitness students because of the incredible energy, dedication, and joy they bring to every single class. They show up ready to move, turning a challenging workout into an absolute celebration of community and fitness. Their laughter during tricky choreography, their cheers through the toughest songs, and their support for one another make our class feel like a true family. Seeing their confidence grow and watching them leave everything on the dance floor inspires me every week and reminds me exactly why I love teaching

I did a headcount and we had a number of people say they can't make it today. Due to low numbers I'm going to have to cancel today's Wednesday class. A big thank you to those of you that keep our Wednesday class hype and so much fun. So far it looks like we'll be good for next Wednesday. No class Monday for labor day.

Just wanted to let you awesome people know that there will be no class on Labor Day Monday September 7th. There of course will be class that Wednesday and we have class Monday and Wednesday this coming week. Don't miss your chance to workout and shake your bootys.
