Mat Pilates is more than just a “core workout.”

It helps build core strength, improve balance and stability, increase flexibility, and strengthen the muscles that support you in everyday movement.

You can train in a group, work with a trainer, or do your own thing — as long as you know what you’re doing and have a plan.

But no matter which route you choose, nutrition still matters. You can’t out-train what you’re consistently doing outside the gym.

Find what works for you. Learn what your body needs. Stay consistent.

Q: Can I just stop in?
A: No. Please schedule an appointment so you can meet me, see the space, and make sure the environment and training style fit your health and fitness goals.

Q: Who trains here?
A: Men & women! I also have several husbands and wives who train together.

Q: What type of training is it?
A: Small Group Personal Training — 10/12 members MAX per class.

Q: Are weekday classes beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! Monday–Friday classes are ALL LEVELS, from brand new to members who have trained with me for years.

Q: What are the class times?
A: Mon–Thurs: 5AM • 6AM • 7AM • 9AM • 5:45PM
Friday: 5AM • 6AM • 7AM • 9AM

Q: How much is membership?
A: I offer different options based on how many days you train. Pricing is discussed during your scheduled visit so we can find what works best for you.

Q: Can non-members take Saturday classes?
A: Yes!
Full Body Sculpt/Boot Camp — $30 45mins
Full Body Pilates — $25 40min
Both classes — $50
Buy more save more package

Q: Are Saturday classes beginner-friendly?
A: Pilates can be modified, but includes continuous movement, core/floor work, and getting up and down. Full Body Sculpt/Boot Camp is NOT beginner-friendly. It’s an advanced class with continuous movement, compound exercises, weights, abs, legs & cardio.

Q: Can I walk in Saturday?
A: No. You MUST pre-register. Spots are limited and no walk-ins are accepted.

If I could give ONE piece of advice to someone starting their fitness journey: COMMIT.

Not for 30 days. Not until the scale moves. Commit to giving yourself a full year.

Results don’t happen overnight, and every month won’t look the same. Take it month by month, stay consistent, and give your body time to change.

And remember—working out alone can be hard. Finding a group fitness class, coach, or community that keeps you accountable can make all the difference. 💪🏽

Stop starting over. Commit to something long enough to see what it can actually do for you. ❤️💚💛
