The grass is coming in, the court is ready, and we officially have the GREEN LIGHT for our first-ever Fall Pickleball League & Open Play at Thryve!

🏆 TUESDAY NIGHT PARTNER PICKLEBALL LEAGUE

📅 League Begins: Tuesday, September 8th
📅 7-Week League: September 8th – October 20th
🌧️ Make-Up Games: Thursday, October 22nd
🏆 PLAYOFFS: Tuesday, October 27th

LEAGUE PRICING:

🔥 2 Unlimited Thryve/F45 Members: FREE
🔥 1 Unlimited Member + 1 Guest: $75 total
🔥 2 Guests: $225 total

Guests are welcome — you do NOT have to be a member to join the league!

🔥 Which Heated Class Is Right for You?

One of the most common questions we get is, “Which class should I start with?” We created this guide to help you choose the best fit based on your experience and fitness level.

Our infrared studio isn’t heated like a traditional gym. We use infrared heaters, which warm your body directly instead of simply heating the air around you. The result is a more comfortable, penetrating heat that can help improve circulation, flexibility, recovery, and produce an incredible sweat.

Here’s our recommended progression:

🔥 Tier 1 – Heated Build & Heated Sculpt (98°F)
Our most advanced classes. High intensity, strength-focused, and designed to push your limits.
If you’re new to heated workouts, this is not the place to start. Hydrate before and after class.

🏋️ Tier 2 – Mat Pilates (98°F)
A challenging full-body workout that’s perfect for those with some experience in heated environments.

🧘 Tier 3 – Power Flow Yoga
The ideal introduction to heated fitness. You’ll enjoy all the benefits of infrared heat while moving at a more approachable pace.

Tier 4 – Restorative Yoga (85°F)
Gentle movement, deep stretching, relaxation, and recovery. A great option for all experience levels.

❄️ Complete Your Experience with Contrast Therapy

One of the things that makes Thryve different is that your workout doesn’t have to end when class does.

After your heated class, step into our Frost Room as part of your recovery.

Alternating between heat and cold—known as contrast therapy—may help:
✔️ Reduce muscle soreness
✔️ Support recovery
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Increase mental alertness
✔️ Leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized

Many of our members finish a heated class with 2-3 minutes in the Frost Room before relaxing in our steam room or Himalayan salt sauna. It’s one of the best ways to experience everything Thryve has to offer.

Please join us in welcoming Shawna to the Thryve team!

Shawna has over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and over a decade of pilates and yoga instruction. She is Pilates certified, and has been certified in Assisted Stretch, Advanced Behavior Change, and Sports Nutrition. Shawna is an ACE certified personal trainer. (American Council on Exercise). She is also a certified Life Coach specializing in life transition and body confidence.

Shawna became motivated to become a fitness specialist after struggling with obesity and eating disorders throughout her childhood and into her early 20’s. She started taking classes at her local gym where she became inspired to teach.

Shawna believes in a holistic approach to fitness that supports both mental and physical health, and is passionate in her commitment to empower individuals to reach their potential! She is full of variety; promising workouts adaptable to all fitness levels, and cannot wait to meet you at her next class!

Shawna will be an instructor in our Infrared Pilates & Yoga room!
