A simple gym is an efficient gym. We preach simplicity & efficiency over here to get it done in just 45 minutes.

That looks like using equipment meant for just that: efficiency. To us, that looks like using AssaultBike, AssaultRunner & AssaultRower bikes, rowers & treads. Dumbbells. Medicine balls. Benches & steps.

We don’t like to overcomplicate it, and we like to make sure our workouts feel accessible to everyone.

Getting strong isn’t always easy, but it is simple. Come work out with us 💪

At SPT, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to prioritize their health, but sometimes people need a little extra support to get started.

That’s why we’re launching the SPT Pay It Forward Program.

We’re looking for three people in our community who are ready for change and will receive over $1,000 in coaching, support, and fitness services to help them transform their health and confidence.
