When we promote challenges at OTM, we don’t gaslight you. We hone in a realistic approach and offer a solution to create sustainable change in your life.

✅ Workout 4x per week (5 points)
✅ Walk 7k+ steps per day (3 points)
✅ Drink 90 oz of water daily (3 points)
✅ Read 5 pages daily (2 points)
✅ Stretch/Mobilize 5-minutes daily (1 point)

⭐️ MOVE MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Luke G ⭐️

Hats off to this dude… he is always, always one of the hardest working people in the room at OTM.

Luke is a Muay Thai fighter... he’s slowly cutting weight for his first career fight sometime in the next 4-6 months (we’re down close to 20 lbs. since Mid December) we’ve been building strength through resistance training and conditioning through a variety of different techniques and the results are showing in the gym and on the mat.

A former collegiate runner, Luke has always been competing to some capacity. He came to us December of this past year looking for structured training, guidance and support that made sense for this ambition and goals. He likes to be challenged but knows his limits. His mixed martial arts career is just beginning and his level of fitness is most definitely expanding.

We’re honored to train such cool and bada$$ people at OTM like this dude.

Stay the path, Luke! We’re in your corner 🤙🏼

⭐️ Member of the month: BIG AL ⭐️

Boy oh boy does this man have a story to tell. We’re approaching 2-years of training at OTM. When he first started working with us (to be fully transparent) we could barely get up and down off of the floor…

With a history of autoimmune disease and an intense bout of arthritis throughout his early to mid 20’s, he was bed ridden for 2-3 years. He lost 25-30 pounds and could barely pick up a bowl of cereal.

Fast forward a few years later, with medical intervention and physical therapy he was able to regain some range of motion in this joints and move around the house.

He came to us August of 2024 looking for a place to help him start moving with intention and purpose again now that medication was kicking in and PT was making progress.

Without demonstrating every benchmark we have hit we are here, 19-months later and look at this guy! He’s consistently gained 15-20 pounds, hitting personal records on lifts, and living his best life.

We slowly introduced mobility & stability exercises, monitored heart rate, tracked calories, and overtime we OWNED each movement before moving to the next…

Al deserves this spotlight and we couldn’t be more proud of his dedication to his training and drive for self betterment! We’re honored to know an awesome human being too. He pushes others in the gym and makes everyone else better around him. It is SO fun to watch and be a part of.

⭐️ MOVE MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Amanda B. ⭐️

Talk about timing! Amanda joined the OTM TEAM quite literally this time last year… happy 1-year anniversary and member of the month to this rockstar 👏

Amanda and her family (husband and two sons) also train with us. They are the type of people that would give you the shirt off their back and ask for nothing in return. Amanda trains 4-5x per week, asks great questions, and wants to learn every single training session. It is admirable and inspiring to watch her progress through her training and continuously show up for herself and family.

We love hyping up our rockstars at OTM but we also want to show you what she has to say about her experience with us!
