When: Monday September 7th 2026 – Labor Day
Time: 2 gun starts beginning @ 8:30am
• 10K participants will line up first with a gun start at 8:30am
• 5K participants will line up behind the 10K runners with a gun start shortly after
• 1-mile participants will line up behind the 5K runners and allow the runners to take off

DQ 15th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike

Avoid long, last-minute check-in lines by attending Packet Pickup on Saturday! If Saturday is not possible, please arrive to check-in early on Sunday.

The race will take place Sunday, August 23rd, 2026 - 7:30 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at 89 Tabernacle Rd., Medford Lakes, NJ.

The swim is in a clean lake with a private beach, the bike is 2 loops, and the run is out and back.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 17.2 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 17.2 mile Bike

This year's event will take place on Monday, September 7th - Labor Day at the Medford Public Safety building (91 Union St, Medford, NJ).

On August 15th only, the Zallie Community Foundation will match every dollar raised through registration fees for the Stamp Out Hunger 5K, 10K, and 1-mile event, doubling your impact in the fight against food insecurity!

💙 100% of registration fees ALWAYS go directly to the Food Bank of South Jersey.

The race will take place Sunday September 27th, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Riverfront Park, Pt Pleasant, NJ.

The swim is in the river out and back parallel to beach, the bike is 4 loops on roads, the run is on roads and finishes in the park.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 10.5 mile Bike

Kayak Triathlon Distances: 1.5 mile Kayak, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike at Bayview Park

The race will take place Sunday September 20th, 2026 - 7:20 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Bayview Park, 6805 Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach, LBI NJ 08008.

The swim is in the bay, the bike & run will be contested on roads through scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven, the course is flat and fast.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Duathlon Distances: 1.5 mile Run, 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 10 mile Bike
