Hello Everyone!! TGIF!! We missed a lot of you yesterday but still put in the work with the few that showed up! 😎👍 I'm going to be really working hard on taking the time to type up some worksheets this weekend that tailor to each student! This way each student knows what to practice specifically for their own needs towards the class! This will give all students an opportunity to show what they've worked on, the rewards and benefits for themselves as a martial artist!
I am going to even have worksheets for my students that are away but plan on returning!
Everyone should have a chance to excel regardless of what life may throw at us! This is what I am here for and meant to do for all students! Hope you all have an awesome weekend! As always Stay Practicing, Stay Safe & Stay Blessed!

HELLO EVERYONE!! This gentleman is a wonderful artist & father of 2 of our students in our martial arts class! This family has been supporting Neris Mixed Martial Arts for a couple of years now! The least we can do is to show our support with this amazing opportunity for him & his family! Jorge is a very talented artist in the Savannah area! Him & his family have even gifted Sensei Rafael and myself some of his work! 😍🤩🙌💗 Can you all PLEASE take the time to vote each day? & Share this link to others? 🥹It’s FREE & we are just asking for your time! We appreciate you all and really praying that the Lastra’s family will win this! They truly deserve this! THANK YOU ALL!
