We hosted our normal Sunday Mere Mortals today at Casino Beach. But we did it big with H4 Services LLC honoring all past leadership, "Legacy". The Mere Mortals program is a weekly training session leading up to the Santa Rosa Island Triathlon Oct 4.

Members only triathlon sign up to race next weekend- email with your personal membership code was sent out Sept 1.

Yesterdays OWS was great weather, perfect water temp, swimming north was great, swimming south some felt as if they were swimming in a washing machine 😜 but it was great!! No jellies wahooo! Always a positive great day when no jellies are anywhere in site.

A few housekeeping things-
Only 50+ spots are left open for Members Only Tri- Sept 20 - check you email for your reg code & link that is just for you

Volunteer for the MOT (members only tri!) remember you can do both racing and volunteering. Oh! Oh! And our annual group photo is this day as well.

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day, Tri Gulf Coast! 🇺🇸
Today, we’re celebrating the hard work that keeps us moving—whether you’re crushing a workout, chasing kids, building a career, serving your community, or just trying to make it to the weekend with your sanity intact. 😂
For our triathletes, we know a little something about putting in the work. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️
The early alarms.
The long rides.
The hot runs.
The endless laundry.
The questionable tan lines.
…and somehow, we keep signing up for more. 🤷‍♀️😂
So today, take a well-earned break, enjoy some time with family and friends, and remember:
Work hard. Train hard. Play hard. Recover harder. 💪
