At Xplosive Edge, athletes may train alongside their teammates, but that doesn’t mean everyone is doing the exact same thing.

We individualize based on the athlete’s:

• Training age
• Strength & power levels
• Movement needs
• Sport demands
• Injury history
• Current phase of training
• Goals and readiness

But what does toned actually mean?

There’s no special “toning” workout. And it’s not a specific number on the scale.

That defined, athletic look most people are after comes from building muscle + managing body fat.

💪 Strength train consistently
🥩 Get enough protein
🚶‍♀️ Move more throughout the day — NEAT matters!
📈 Progressively challenge your body
⏳ Give it time

And remember: you can’t spot-reduce fat, and you don’t need to spend hours doing cardio to see results.

The goal isn’t necessarily to be smaller. It’s to become stronger, healthier, and more capable.
