Greenwich CrossFit Fitness Center Greenwich CrossFit is a 6000 square foot facility coming to the heart of Greenwich.

GCF will feature a large open floor plan to coincide with the CrossFit model and we will also encompass some of the best amenities available to a gym member today. From top of the line equipment throughout, towel service, world-class locker rooms and saunas, we will raise the bar for our members. All of our staff has been in the health and fitness community for an extended period of time and all hold a minimum of a CrossFit Level One Trainer certification as well as having a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Whether you are looking to just get moving, conditioning for a sport, or looking to take yourself to an entirely new level of health and fitness our workout of the day (WOD) will be adapted to work for you and your goals. From up to ten class times a day to one on one personal training, we are here to meet your needs.
