Looking to improve grip/hand strength for everyday life or competition? We’ve got the clinic for you!

Join Zach Staniewicz, the 2025 GSI Southeast Regional Champion, at Motive on July 11th as he covers techniques to improve pinch grip, supporting grip, and vertical bar strength. This clinic will consist of basic deadlift mechanics and provide a basic program for weightlifting. It will also introduce you to the sport of Grip Sport and Armlifting and show you how to get involved. The clinic is a great crossover into other sports like climbing, powerlifting, martial arts, etc. It’s something you can compete in at an older age with low injury risks.

Ninja Warrior and Parkour Summer Camp is in full swing! Join us for a full week of fun Monday through Friday for either half days (8:30am-12pm or 12-3:30pm) or full days (8:30am-3:30pm)!

MOTIVE camps are filled with engaging activities in our state of the art facility equipped with obstacles from the American Ninja Warrior TV show as well as two Olympic size trampolines, a spring floor, parkour section, and foam pit!

We will be doing in-person rules for the Challenge Course this weekend. You will be sent an e-mail with video links for the Flow Course. Looking forward to seeing everyone at MOTIVE!

Motive will be hosting the World Ninja League Southeast Regionals again this season! This year we will hold competitions for both Tier 1 and Tier 2! A full schedule and registration is available on our website (links in bio). Athletes will need to have qualified through a World Ninja League qualifier competition. Prices rise on May 11th for Tier 1 and May 18th for Tier 2 so the time to register is now! Hope to see you there!
