Spending some time resetting and exploring the Dominican Republic for our 10 year wedding anniversary. ๐
First stop is itโs an adults only wellness resort that I canโt get enough of. Yoga, sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation, Ayurveda, sauna, steam room, mocktails, juices, ocean, and so much more.
A few more days and then itโs off to the jungle with treehouse villages and serene villages.
Weโve both been in work mode this year, reshaping our businesses and focusing on a different kind of future weโre so in love with.
Life moves really fast ๐จ if you donโt stop and look around you might miss it.
Hope youโre finding time to relax this summer too.

I was talking to a friend recently whose company had just taken everyone to Top Golf and hosted a pizza party.
It sounded fun on the surfaceโฆ
Behind the scenes, her co-workers were quietly admitting they were exhausted, disengaged, and struggling to keep up with work demands. Many didnโt feel comfortable talking openly with their managers about what they were experiencing.
That conversation stayed with me. It highlights a challenge many organizations face today: How do you support employee well-being in a way that creates meaningful impact rather than temporary relief?
Team outings, appreciation events, and workplace perks all have their place. Lasting employee well-being requires more than good intentions.
I shared the full story and why workplace wellness requires strategy, not just activities in my latest blog post.
