-Situational Awareness
-Empty Handed Defense
-Body Position and leverage versus larger adversary
-Less Lethal Defense tools use and application
-Legality in self-defense
-Weapon Disarms
-Being De-Selected as a Target

This is open to anyone, you don't have to be a Full Auto member. No experience needed and geared to all ages.

This Coach right here ☝  2016 -> 2025

When we met Coach Micki in 2016, she had the dream of going to compete in the CrossFit Games. She was always shouting "I'm goin to The Games!" before, during, and after almost every workout. After 10 years of hard work, diet, blood, sweat, and tears, she's done it.

Masters CrossFit Games Competitor 2025 has a nice ring to it.

We are all so proud of Coach Micki for all of her hard work and want to wish her the best of luck at the Masters CrossFit Games in Columbus, OH. Your Full Auto family loves you and is so proud of you! Believe in yourself and the work you have put in and go kick butt! Most important of all HAVE FUN!
