• No partner needed
• Normal class flow
• Get a taste of the full sim

🏃 12-Week HYROX Prep Cycle
• Thursdays: HYROX Classes (Full schedule)
• Saturdays: HYROX Classes (8am)
• Sundays: Run Club (pick your time and squad up)

🏁 October 17 – Full HYROX Simulation

We’re proud of our mid morning crew! Sam, Pam, and Dan are 3 of our most consistent members. Tuesday and Thursdays morning like clock work.

The truth is, the every day member in most CrossFit gyms isn’t training to win competitions. They’re training so they can keep living life on their terms. And the older we get the more we need it.

Age isn’t the reason to stop moving.
