New to aerials and looking to boost your fundamentals?

New to sling and wanting to jump start your understanding of sling theory?

Existing student wanting to fine tune your form and become more efficient in the air?

Meet the sling technique clinic! Here we will deep dive into the how and why for all things sling foundations. In this class we will break down movement patterns into digestible drills and theory to help you gain a better understanding of the magical world of sling!

We will initially hold this offering 1x a month and add as needed! We can’t wait to see you there!

Slingography returns to our schedule in July!

This 75 minute class is designed to level up your performing & sequencing skills. We will focus on transitions, musicality, stage presence and maybe some hairography (see slide 2 😜)

This class is intended for students with a repertoire of moves already under their belt. We will focus less on teaching of individual moves and more on choreography. I will post any prerequisite moves for the sequences in advance. In general, students should be able to be in the air continuously for 2+ minutes.

📢 Surprise! I have big news!

I know I’ve been hinting at some big updates coming post show - and here’s the first! We are moving!

Don’t worry we aren’t going far. Just taking a lil stroll to the building next door where we will have …. A/C! Just in time for summer! 😎☀️

Moving day is June 14th. All classes until then will be at our usual spot. Our host gym will begin their move next weekend so please excuse any moving activities if you’re in class next Saturday.

Onward and Skyward to bigger and better things! 💜😉
