Tier 1 Team Tuesday is the Place to BE! The many faces of the row and the ski 🤣. We are obsessed with creating the best outcomes for our members.

We had a great time with our themed day “We’re anything but workout clothes today”. Thank you to everyone that came out, participated, and did the workout it was BIG fun and we’ll def do it again in the future

Happy Friday World 🌎 look out for some facility upgrades. The iconic (but damaged 😔) red and blue wood platforms are on the way out. We are replacing them with new mats and cleaning up underneath of all the mats. Onward and upward! Wait to see our next renovation that’s been in the works for a few months 😬 GAMECHANGER!

We have some new equipment hitting the floor look out for these sandbags in the programming. We will also be using these an event 2. “The Chase” for the TRI-Hard Classic. Wait till you see what we have in store for Pitt County this fall. We are about to change the Fitness game in this area. 😳 😈
